Cantera is a uniquely beautiful quarried volcanic rock containing a variety of colored aggregates and pumice in a quartz matrix. Adoquin is a denser, less malleable grade of Cantera, which generally has a rougher appearance. Though harder and more durable than Cantera, Adoquin will also eventually show the same signs of wear and tear—scratching, scuffing and dulling. Fortunately, Adoquin too can almost always be restored and not replaced.
