Crack Repair in Kitchen Granite Countertop
PROBLEM
This kitchen granite developed a crack in front of the main sink, and had been previously filled by another company in the wrong color, and was left without diamond grinding, flattening and polishing.
SOLUTION
Natural Stone Care, Inc. was hired to remove the previous filler material, to install/over-fill various colors of epoxy resin in to the crack, to diamond grind/flatten the jagged and rough highs and lows, and to restore a factory wobble and dimple free high gloss polish. Additionally we completely cleaned out and installed new flexible caulking in to the sink-to-counter joint caulking and the backsplash caulking, and we completely deep cleaned, sealed and polished all of the kitchen granite surfaces.
